1 cup Oats, Regular And Quick And Instant, Unenriched
0.5 cup Milk, Reduced Fat, Fluid, 2% Milkfat
6 oz Light 'n Fit Nonfat Peach

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Oatmeal

Mix all ingredients and place in air tight container in refrigerator the night before. Can use any flavored yogurt and fruit.
