These are so good and so filling. I can eat one and be satisfied for hours.

Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Oat Cookies

8 oz Blue Agave
8 oz Coconut Oil, Unrefined, Organic
1 package (3.5 oz) Puddings, Vanilla, Dry Mix, Instant
2 large Egg, Whole
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 cup Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
2 cup Oat Bran
2 cup Oats, Regular And Quick And Instant, Unenriched, Dry
5 tbsp Flaxseed Meal
4 oz 72% Dark Chocolate
1 cup Pepitas
1/2 cup Chopped Walnuts

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Oat Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 350.

  2. Cream coconut oil and agave till creamy.

  3. Add Pudding mix until smooth

  4. Add eggs and vanilla.

  5. Add dry ingredients until mixed.

  6. Drop with cookie scoop and bake for 9 minutes.
