This is an awesome filling lowcal breakfast. Lots of fiber!

Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Oat/Bran/Berry Mix

2/3 cup quick oats
2/3 cup wheat bran
2 cups water
1 cup blueberries
1/3 cup raspberries
1 tbsp honey
1/2 cup soy milk

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Oat/Bran/Berry Mix

  1. Cook wheat bran in water. Add oats if theyre not quick. This will take at least 15 minutes.

  2. Add oats when wheat bran has absorbed most of the water. Add additional water to your thickness liking.

  3. For extra sweetness and taste, add 1/2 cup soymilk and 1T honey at the end, after putting into a bowl. (Or if reheating in the morning, as the recipe takes awhile to cook).
