Morning Breakfast bake that fills you for most of the day

Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Noodle Bake

282 grams Egg, Scrambled
8 oz Original Recipe Pork Sausage
3 potato medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, Baked, Flesh And Skin
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1/2 box Ditalini Dry
3 oz Extra Sharp Cheddar
1/2 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
2 serving Seasoned Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper, Black
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1 serving All Vegetable Shortening
1 tbsp Butter

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Noodle Bake

  1. In a large skillet add Crisco and allow it to melt. Peel, and dice potatoes and place in the large skillet.

  2. Slice onions and add to the skillet. Add Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Seasoned salt and pepper to taste.

  3. Cook the potatoes until browned or to a desired crunchiness.

  4. Meanwhile In a medium pot; cook pasta to desired doneness per directions on box. While these are

  5. cooking; in a separate pan crumble sausage and cook until done.

  6. When Sausage and potatoes are done, layer the sausage on top of the potatoes in the potato skillet and

  7. sprinkle with some of the sharp cheddar cheese. Scramble the eggs and cook in another pan with the

  8. butter. Once pasta and eggs are cooked, drain pasta and then add to the top of the skillet that has

  9. potatoes and sausage. Sprinkle more of the cheese (your choice). Spread cooked eggs over the top of skillet, top with remaining cheeses.
