Breakfast in a muffin. Can sub ham or sausage for bacon., but will effect the cal count. Up for sausage, down it about the same for ham.

Recipe Ingredients for breakfast muffins

2 slices COOKED Center Cut Bacon
2 large egg Eggland's Best Egg
3 tbsp Egg Whites
0.5 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Unbleached
3 tablespoons Yellow Corn Meal
4 fl oz Original Almond Breeze Unsweetened
1.25 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1 tbs Domino Premium Pure Cane Granulated Sugar
0.25 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese

Recipe Directions for breakfast muffins

  1. cook bacon, set aside. Scramble 1 egg and w egg white, and set aside,

  2. Combine dry ingredients, except cheese, Combine remaining egg w/ milk and add to dry ingredients. Mix til combined. fold in cooked egg and cheese. Fill sprayed muffin pan( will be full) and top with crumbled bacon. Bake at 400 until lightly browned.
