Recipe Ingredients for breakfast muffins

2 cup Wheat Flour, Whole-grain
8 oz Honey Squeezable
6 fl oz Milk
0.5 cup, cubes Avocados
1 cup, chopped Carrots
1 cup, quartered or chopped Apples
0.25 cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce
2 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
2 medium Egg, Whole
2 tsp Baking Powder

Recipe Directions for breakfast muffins

mix sauce, milk, honey and eggs. add carrot, avocado and apple. Mix in flour, baking powder and cinnamon until smooth. Bake 20-25 min
