Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Muffins

1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup raisin bran
3 tbls brown sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp ground ginger
1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
1/8 tsp ground cloves
3/4 cup apple juice
3 tbls applesauce
1/2 cup fresh pumpkin
1 egg
1/2 cup raisins
1 1/2 tbls flaxseed

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Muffins

  1. preheat oven to 400 degrees

  2. combine all the ingredients

  3. mix well

  4. spoon into greased muffin tins

  5. bake for 10 to 15 min
