Can substitute any kind of fruit. Without fruit makes a nice biscuit.

Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast muffins

1 1/3 cup flour
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup raspberries
1/3 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup water
6 tsp brown sugar

Recipe Directions for Breakfast muffins

  1. Mix together and spoon into muffin pan.

  2. Sprinkle 1 tsp brown sugar on top of each muffin.

  3. Bake at 375 for 25-30 minutes.
