Healthy, flourless banana muffins. Very easy!

Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Muffins

2 bananas, mashed
1 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup Bran cereal, soaked in hot water
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp baking powder
1 egg
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup coconut

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Muffins

  1. Mix all ingredients, bake in geased or lined muffin pan at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until golden.

  2. Makes 12.
