Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Muffins

1 1/2 cups flour
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup oats
40 grams dark chocolate
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup 2% milk
1/2 cup applesauce
1/2 cup sunflower oil
1 egg

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Muffins

  1. mix all dry ingrediets

  2. add all wet

  3. mix lightly

  4. spoon into tins or cups

  5. bake at thermostat 6 for 2o minutes
