Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Muffin Sandwich

1 Whole Wheat English Muffin
1 wedge laughing cow cheese, flavor of your choice
1 large egg white
1 slice turkey bacon, extra lean

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Muffin Sandwich

  1. Split the muffin in 1/2 and toast it

  2. cook the bacon over medium heat until cooked thoroughly, tear or cut in 1/2

  3. cook the egg white over medium heat until cooked all the way through. you can use a circle cookie cutter to keep the egg in a shape similar to the muffin. just spray the cooki cutter with non stick cooking spray

  4. spread laughing cow cheese on muffin, top with the egg and bacon slices
