3 T extra virgin olive oil
2 cloves garlic
5 ounces green beans
1/2 cup zucchini
1/8 cup chicken stock
1 cup chopped potatoe
1/2 cup eggbeaters
2 slice wheat toast

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Mixed Vegetables

  1. heat 3T evoo

  2. slice onion

  3. chop 2 garlic cloves

  4. put cover on top

  5. add chicken broth

  6. after onions are soft add boiled chopped potatoe and zucchini and cover

  7. cook eggbeaters in separate dish
