1 cup coffee
1 tsp sugar
1 1/2 cups rice
1 tomato, sliced
4 ounce chicken breast
1 carrots, sliced
1 egg, scrambled
1/4 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Meal number 1

  1. Prepare 3 cups of rice on the rice cooker (equally divided for breakfast and lunch)

  2. Chicken Breast

  3. put on over toaster untill cooked

  4. Scrambled Egg

  5. prepare the pan with oil

  6. prepare 1 egg

  7. scramble the egg

  8. put the 1/4 tsp of pepper

  9. add the 1/8 tsp of salt

  10. scramble the egg untill it looks good

  11. put the egg on the pan

  12. Vegetables

  13. wash the vegetables

  14. slice the prepared vegetables

  15. serve fresh

  16. Coffee

  17. prepare water on microwave

  18. add the coffee

  19. add the 1 tsp of sugar

  20. serve all in one plate and enjoy!
