6 ounces milk, non fat
1 cup melon, cantaloupe
1 cup watermelon
1/2 cup cauliflower
1/2 cup broccoli
4 tablespoons cream of mushroom soup, non fat
1 egg, hard boiled
1 cucumber, medium
1 cup peaches
1 cup bananas
2 cups lettuce
3 slices tomatoe
1/8 cup scallions
1/4 cup mushrooms
1 ounce boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 ounce Cheddar Cheese

Recipe Directions for Breakfast, Lunch, Snacks Tracking My Calories

  1. Breakfast - 1 cup bananas

  2. Snack - 1 cup peaches

  3. Lunch - 1 Egg, Hard Boiled, Salad - 2 cups lettuce, 3 tomatoe slices, 1/4 cup mushrooms, 1/8 cup scallions, 1 ounce boneless, skinless chicken breast cooked with cooking spray and oregano with lemon,

  4. Snack - 1 ounce Cheddar Cheese with cucumber slices
