Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Kale and Sausage

1 link Organic Chicken and Apple Sausage
1 cup, chopped Kale
0.5 medium raw Onion Yellow
1 1tsp Olive Oil
1 serving Balsamic Vinegar

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Kale and Sausage

  1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium high heat.

  2. Thinly slice half a yellow onion and saute until the onion begins to turn translucent.

  3. Add kale to skillet and saute until kale begins to wilt.

  4. Slice one piece of sausage into rounds and add to skillet. Cook until sausage is heated through.

  5. Just before serving sprinkle with a hint of balsamic vinegar. Toss to mix.
