1 medium (2-3/4" dia) (approx 3 per lb) Apples
3 each raw Radish
3 slices Cucumbers Sliced
3 oz Carrots
3 Teaspoon Juice
2 stalk, small (5" long) Celery
1 cup, chopped Watercress
1 tsp Ginger Root
2 grams Peppers
