Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Hash

3 medium Potatoes
1 cup ham, chopped
1 egg
2 egg whites
80 g smoked ham
1 tsp hot pepper flakes
1/4 cup onion
1 cup white mushrooms
2 tsp butter
1 tsp olive oil
2/3 cup shredded cheese, light

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Hash

  1. Chop potatoes into small pieces, boil for approximately 6 minutes or until fork tender, drain and throw into a skillet with 2 tsp melted butter and 1 tsp olive oil

  2. Make everything into a mix and cook until desired tenderness
