Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Hash

3 Eggs
1/2 Onion, Slivered
1/2 Roasted Red Pepper, Diced
1 Tomato, Diced
1 Potato, Cubed
3 tbsp Butter
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Hash

  1. Melt 1 tbsp butter in a skillet.

  2. Slice onion into thin slices.

  3. Caramelize the onion.

  4. Add potato cubes and 1 tbsp butter.

  5. Brown potatoes.

  6. Add red pepper.

  7. Heat through.

  8. Move all ingredients to one side of the skillet.

  9. Scramble the 3 eggs.

  10. Add 1 tbsp butter, melt.

  11. Add the eggs.

  12. Scramble until done.

  13. Mix all ingredients in skillet.

  14. Cover for 2-3 minutes.
