Awesome breakfast hash and incredibly filling - I generally don't feel like much lunch at lunchtime!

Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Hash

145 g potatoes
8 g Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 1/2 tbsp real bacon bits
4 large mushrooms
5 spear,+extra+large+8-3/4"+to+10"+long Asparagus
1/3 medium red pepper
1 large whole egg
2 large egg whites
1 serving Low Fat Old Cheese
1/2 oz part skim mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp chives
1/2 serving Turkey Sausage

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Hash

  1. Chop up all the vegetables, add them all to leftover potatoes.

  2. Top with cheese and allow cheese to melt.

  3. Serve
