Basic Fruit Low Cal Fruit Smoothly that is easy to make.

Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Fruit Smoothy

2 cups yogurt
1/2 cup skim milk
2 cups strawberries
1 teaspoon vanilla

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Fruit Smoothy

  1. In a blender, combine yogurt, milk, fruit and vanilla.

  2. Whirl until smooth and frothy.

  3. Sweeten to taste with honey, and then whirl again.

  4. Pour into glasses. Makes four servings (about 1 cup each).
