This is a Dr. Oz. recipe. The soymilk can be heated gently to make this a warm breakfast. Very Good.

Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast fruit cereal-6 ww pts.

3/4 c light soy milk, vanilla
1/2 banana
1 small red apple
2 dates, diced
1 T raisins
1 dried apricot, diced
1 T walnuts, (3 halves, chopped)
1 dash cinnamon
1/2 T honey (optional)

Recipe Directions for Breakfast fruit cereal-6 ww pts.

Layer ingredients in bowl, pour soymilk over top, sprinkle with cinnamon and drizzle with honey. (If making 2 servings use 1/2 of a red and 1/2 of a green apple per serving)
