Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Frittatta

4 large Egg, White
1 tbsp chopped Onions
1 tbsp Peppers, Sweet, Green
1 tbsp Celery
0.25 serving Black Beans
1 oz 100% Pure Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Frittatta

sweat 1tblsp each of diced onion, grn pepper and celery. Add black beans and sweat additional minute. add egg whites and cook for 3 - 4 minutes on first side then flip and cook an additional 3 minutes until set.
