Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast frittatta

1 omega-3 egg
1/2 cup egg whites
3/4 cup brown rice, cooked
1/4 cup onions, chopped
1 tbsp ketchup

Recipe Directions for Breakfast frittatta

  1. Whisk eggs and rice together and set aside.

  2. Spray skillet with nonstick spray and heat over medium-high heat. Add onions and saute until translucent. Add egg and rice mixture and reduce heat to medium-low.

  3. Cook until frittatta is mostly set, then increase heat to medium. Carefully flip and cook for 2 minutes or until no liquid comes out when frittatta is pierced with a knife. Drizzle ketchup on top and serve immediately.
