Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Frittata

6 oz onions
1 3/10 cups potato
6 eggs
1 cup swiss chard
1/2 cup mushrooms
1/2 cup red bell pepper
1/2 cup carrot
1/3 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
1 T ghee
1/4 cup cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Frittata

  1. Browned mushrooms separately

  2. sauteed potatoes and onions for 25 min before adding other ingredients
