Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Fritta

4 eggs
1/2 green pepper
1/2 onion
1 t salt
1/2 t pepper
5 oz sausage

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Fritta

  1. brown sausage and drain

  2. break eggs into a med bowl

  3. chop vegetables and add to eggs along with salt and pepper

  4. Cook over medium-low heat until set; place under broiler set on high until top is brown (about 2 min). If desired spinkle the top with shredded cheese before broiling.
