0.25 cup Refried Beans Fat Free
1 serving size Light Swiss Original
2 serving White Corn Taco Shells
0.25 cup, chopped Onions
1 clove Garlic
0.5 cup Egg Beaters
0.25 tsp Old El Paso Seasoning Mix Taco
2 tbsp Salsa

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Fiesta Crunchy Tacos

  1. In a small bowl, combine beans with cheese and mix well. Evenly distribute mixture between the taco shells and set aside.

  2. Bring a skillet sprayed with nonstick spray to medium-high heat on the stove. Add onion and garlic and, stirring often, cook until softened, about 2 minutes.

  3. Add egg substitute and sprinkle with taco seasoning. Scramble until fully cooked, about 3 minutes. Evenly distribute between taco shells. If you like, top tacos with salsa and sour cream. Enjoy!
