2 eggs
2 cups kale
60 g asparagus
40 g green bell pepper
1/4 cup baby bella mushrooms
1 can light tuna
1/3 tbs butter

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Eggs with Tuna

  1. Heat cast iron skillet on medium low heat

  2. Add butter

  3. Lightly saute veggies

  4. Add scrambled eggs

  5. Cook for a few minutes

  6. Place tuna on top

  7. Cook under broiler for 3-4 minutes
