Sausage, Mushroom and Broccoli Quiche Recipe

Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast - Eggs - Sausage, Mushroom & Broccoli Quiche

6 egg whites
1/4 cup 1% cottage cheese
3 oz cup shredded low fat colby cheese (approx 2/3 cup)
1 cup soy milk
1/4 cup flour
1 tsp garlic, minced
1/2 cup chopped onion (2.03 oz)
6 medium mushrooms, sliced (3.81 oz)
1 cup broccoli, chopped (3.1 oz)
1/2 cup green pepper (1.62 oz)
12 ounces turkey, sausage

Recipe Directions for Breakfast - Eggs - Sausage, Mushroom & Broccoli Quiche

  1. Cook sausage and crumble.

  2. Cut mushrooms and broccoli

  3. Mix egg whites, cheeses, milk, flour, and garlic. Add mushrooms, green pepper, onion, broccoli and sausage.

  4. Pour into a greased 9" pie pan.

  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
