2 eggs
2 1/2 cups kale
60 g asparagus
1/4 cup baby bella mushrooms
1 can sardines
1 tbs capers
1/3 tbs butter

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Eggs with Sardines

  1. Heat cast iron skillet on medium low heat

  2. Add butter

  3. Lightly saute veggies

  4. Add scrambled eggs

  5. Cook for a few minutes

  6. Place sardines on top

  7. Cook under broiler for 3-4 minutes
