Recipe Ingredients for breakfast egg taco

1/2 cup potato
1 egg
1 oz pepper jack cheese
1 T green chile
1 corn tortilla
1 tsp canola oil

Recipe Directions for breakfast egg taco

Stir-fry potatoes with canola oil. Add egg and green chile and scramble. Heat tortilla for 20 seconds in microwave. Put egg mixture on tortilla, add cheese and microwave to melt cheese
