Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Egg Stir-Fry

1 large Egg, Whole
2 large Egg, White
1 slice Free Singles American Nonfat Pasteurized Process Cheese Product

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Egg Stir-Fry

Beat egg and egg whites. Thaw frozen pepper-onion blend in microwave and drain off water. Add to eggs. Pour into iron skillet sprayed with olive oil. Tear cheese into chunks and place on top. Stir-fry over low heat. Salt/pepper to taste if you like.
