Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Egg Salad

1 10" reduced fat tortilla
1/2 cup spring mix lettuce
2 eggs, hard boiled
1 tbs mayonnaise
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 cup diced lean ham

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Egg Salad

  1. Combine diced egg, mayo, and pepper

  2. On flat tortilla, sprinkle lettuce

  3. Add egg mixture

  4. Top with ham

  5. Roll, cut into 4 pieces (2 each)
