Green Pepper & Tomato Egg Muffin

Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Egg Muffin

4 eggs
4 egg whites
1/2 onion
1/2 green pepper
1/2 tomato

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Egg Muffin

  1. Sautee onion, green pepper & tomato and allow to cool

  2. Beat eggs and egg whites and mix with vegetables.

  3. Spray pam on muffin tin & preheat oven to 350*.

  4. Ladel mixture in muffin tin.

  5. Bake @ 350* for 20 mins.
