Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Egg Cups

12 slices canadian bacon
3 cups egg beaters
3 slices whole wheat bread, quartered
3 oz cheddar cheese, finely shredded
1 red bell pepper, chopped

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Egg Cups

Spray muffin tin with non stick spray. Place one slice of canadian bacon in each well. Press a piece of bread on top of bacon. Pour 1/4 cup egg beaters on bread. Sprinkle cheese, then bell peppers on top.
