just mix, dump, and bake! the sausage can be exchange for a healthier meat alternative and egg beaters can be used also (equiv. to 10 eggs) add a salad and a piece of toast and you have a nice dinner.

Recipe Ingredients for breakfast egg bake

10 egg whites
5 eggs
1 1/2 cup skim milk
1 1/2 cup shredded cheese
6 oz sausage crumbles
1/4 cup green pepper

Recipe Directions for breakfast egg bake

  1. preheat oven to 350F.

  2. spray a 9x13 pan with cooking spray.

  3. whisk eggs. add in milk, cheese, sausage, and green pepper.

  4. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until eggs are set.
