Super easy egg bake that can be cooked and eaten for leftovers

Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Egg bake

6 eggs
4 oz turkey breast
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup red bell pepper
1 medium potato
1/2 cup shredded cheese
1 onion
1 tsp black pepper
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Egg bake

Saute onion in olive oil, add potato and cook until soft. place in a baking dish. add turkey chopped and chopped bell pepper, in a separate bowl combine eggs, milk and black pepper, pour over potato mixture cover with cheese. Bake on 425 for about 20 minutes. Serve hot.
