I think these are great! I saw something like this here but I added chicken!

Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Cups

4 oz Cheddar Cheese
4 oz Peppers, Hot Chile, Sun-dried
1 medium Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 cup Milk
2 Egg, Whole
1 tsp Cumin Seed
1 tsp Pepper, Black
2 cup, chopped or diced Chicken, Breast, Meat Only

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Cups

  1. Cook your rice.

  2. mix all together and place into muffin tin and bake at 400F for 15 min
