Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Cups

6 eggs
1/2 med. onion
1/3 lb. turkey sausage
1 cup fresh spinach
1/2 cup shredded cheese
2 tablespoons salsa

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Cups

  1. Brown turkey sausage. Add onion. Mix with all other ingredients and put in greased mini muffin tins. Top with a small amount of cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown on top.

  2. Pop 3 in the microwave for 30 seconds and enjoy.
