Recipe Ingredients for breakfast crepes

6 eggs
1 cup milk, skim
1 cup flour, all purpose
1 tsp vanilla
2 T margarine
1/2 tsp salt
1 T brown sugar

Recipe Directions for breakfast crepes

  1. Blend all ingredients except for margarine in a blender

  2. Heat a skillet pan and melt 1/2 TBSP margarine. Pour in crepe mixture until it covers the bottome of the pan

  3. cook and loosen around the edges with a spatula

  4. Repeat

  5. Serve with fresh fruit or sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar and roll up.
