3/4 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon double-acting baking powder
2 tablespoons powder sugar
1 egg yolks
2 egg whites
2/3 cup milk
1/3 cup water
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Crepes

  1. Mix wet ingredients in one bowl.

  2. Mix dry ingredients in another.

  3. Dump the dry on the wet and mix thoroughly.
