Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast cookies

215 g bananas
90 g oats
70 g steel cut oats
15 g flax seeds
30 g Organic Coconut Flakes
40 g dried cranberries
10 g goji berries
30 g pumpkin seeds
28 g cashew nuts
20 g Buckwheat
50 g organic eggs
100 g cottage cheese
1/2 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Breakfast cookies

  1. Mash bananas and mix with eggs

  2. Mix all dry ingredients

  3. Combine dry and wet ingredients

  4. Scoop mixture into a muffin pan and bake for about 30 minutes
