Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast cookies

1 1/2 cups regular rolled oats
1 cup coconut flakes
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon allspice
1/4 cup corn meal
1/2 cup mixed nuts, finely chopped
1 cup raisins
3 ripe bananas, mashed
1/4 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Recipe Directions for Breakfast cookies

  1. mix dry.

  2. mash bananas and mix wet.

  3. Mix everything together, use you arm strength

  4. press mixture into 1/3 cup and pull out on to cookie sheet with help of fork. pat down till even and about 1" thick.

  5. bake at 350 for 20 min or until lightly browned on top
