Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Cookies

1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup applesauce
2 eggs
3 cups oats
1 cup Brown Rice Flour
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup walnuts
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Cookies

Cream butter, applesauce, and brown sugar. Beat in eggs. Mix flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon in a separate bowl. Stir into creamed mixture. Stir in oats (quick cooking or old fashioned), raisins and walnuts. Spoon 1T spoonfuls, slightly flattened, onto cookie sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes at 375.
