Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Cookies

1 cup Oat Bran
0.75 cup Orange Juice
1.1 cup Unsweetened Applesauce
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
1 cup Honey, Strained Or Extracted
0.33 cup, packed Sugars, Brown
3 medium Egg, Whole
1.5 tsp Vanilla Extract
3 cup Whole Wheat Flour
3 serving Instant Nonfat Dry Milk
2.5 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
1/2 cup (not packed) Raisins, Seedless
1 cup, chopped Pecans
16 tbsp Organic Milled Flax Seed

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Cookies

Soak oat bran in orange juice for 10 minutes. Combine wet ingredients. Add dry ingredients including 1 TBSP baking powder and 1.5 tsp baking soda. Mix. Drop by heaping tablespoons on cookie sheet. Bake at 375 for 12 - 14 minutes. Makes sixty cookies.
