Makes 12 servings



oat meal in cookie form. Not much like a cookie with the butter in it. Its heaver and stiffer. I like to think of them more like energy bars.

Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Cookies

1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup splenda
1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup flour
1 1/2 cups oats
1 egg whites
1/4 cup water
1 cup diced apple

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Cookies

  1. mush together and bake.

  2. 350 for 8 minutes

  3. apple small dice.

  4. 3/4 tsp imitation butter extract
