Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Cookies

2 cups rolled oats
3/4 cups whole wheat flour
1/4 cups ground flaxseed
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup Splenda
1 egg
3 tbsp water
2 tbsp tahini
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Cookies

  1. Mix dry ingredients (except Splenda), set aside. In another bowl, beat margarine, splenda, egg, water, tahini and vanilla until smooth. Combine with dry, add chocolate chips.

  2. Drop heaping teaspoonfuls onto prepared baking sheet, flatten.

  3. Bake 10-12 minutes at 350F.
