Mrs. Schellin's Breakfast Cookies (2 carbs, 1 fat)

Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Cookies

1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup butter
3/4 cup applesauce
2 eggs
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
2 T flaxseed
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
3 cups oats
1 cup flour

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Cookies

  1. Mix all ingredients.

  2. Drop all Ingredients in large spoonfuls on lightly greased cooking tray.

  3. Cook at 375 for 12-15 minutes.
