Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Cookies

3/4 c whole wheat flour
1/2 c all purpose flour
1/2 t baking soda
1 t ground cinnamon
1/2 t ground nutmeg
1/4 t salt
1/4 c olive oil
1/4 c dark brown sugar
3 T sugar
1 egg
1/4 c unsweetened applesauce
2 T unsweetened applesauce
1 t vanilla extract
1 c rolled oats
1/3 c raisins

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Cookies

Mix wet ingredients and dry ingredients separately; combine lightly, form balls of 3-4 T each on parchment-lined cookie sheets; with wet hands, flatten to .25 inch high; bake at 350 for approx. 12 min.
