This is a fun, easy recipe with few ingredients. You must love oatmeal!

Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast Cookies

2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
1/2 cup (not packed) Raisins, Seedless
2 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
2 fl oz Original Almond Breeze Unsweetened
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Recipe Directions for Breakfast Cookies

Mix all ingredients and drop on cookie sheet. Bake @ 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Remove from cookie sheet and cool on wire rack.
