Make ahead and freeze for a quick breakfast!

Recipe Ingredients for Breakfast cookies

1 1/2 cup rolled oats
2 tablespoons ground flax seed
2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
1 egg
3/4 cup skim milk
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup golden raisins
1 teaspoon honey

Recipe Directions for Breakfast cookies

Grind 1 cup rolled oats in food processor or spice grinder. Mix with other ingredients. Drop onto greased baking sheet, bake at 12-14 minutes at 350 degrees.
